CYNDI GOETCHEUS EXHIBIT – Through March 29th – Dare County Arts Councils is pleased to present a solo photograph exhibit by Cyndi Goetcheus, entitled “The Art of the Reflected World: Water.” Cyndi is a photographer who has traveled the world in search of images that speak to her. Often, she will explore small towns and locations off the beaten path, illuminating their beauty.
